Baiae will accept your return if mailed within 14 days of the order date for an exchange, store credit, or refund. Baiae offers free returns on domestic US orders returned within the 14 day window. Please note all items eligible for return must be unwashed, unworn and with their original tags and packing intact. Swimwear must have hygienic lining intact in order to be eligible for return. Footwear must be unworn in their original, undamaged box in order to be eligable for return. Sorry, but we cannot accept returns for beauty products or underwear.

Purchases made with a total discount of 30% or higher are final sale.

We cannot refund any shipping or handling fees related to your purchase or return. Please print our RETURN FORM, fill it out and include it in the package. Please carefully package the item(s) preferably in their original packing materials and mail it via USPS with delivery confirmation (or another comparable service with tracking). Once your item is received, your return will be processed within 7 business days. We hold the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
